Dear Shreve, Crump & Low Clientele,

Since my acquisition of this iconic Boston institution in 2006, my main intent has been to cultivate and maintain an atmosphere of luxury and elegance that has been synonymous with the Shreve, Crump & Low tradition since 1796.

The past five years have been the opportune time to strengthen the company and enhance the Shreve, Crump and Low legacy of providing exceptional service and expertise to both our loyal clientele, and to a new generation of customers. Therefore, without further ado it is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we at Shreve, Crump & Low announce the grand relocation of our Boston Flagship store from its present location at the corner of Berkeley and Boylston Street to 39 Newbury Street. This momentous opportunity opens a new chapter in the rich history of Shreve, Crump & Low.

In addition to our Boston relocation, Shreve, Crump & Low is pleased to announce our return to Chestnut Hill, as the company has acquired local area jeweler David & Company, and will be merging it under the Shreve, Crump & Low umbrella. This will be Shreve, Crump & Low’s third location after our Boston and Nantucket stores. I fervently believe these carefully calibrated adjustments to the operation of the company will help to better serve our clientele in both Boston and the Metro West. The Shreve, Crump & Low client deserves the apex of luxury and customer care, and that is exactly what I have set out to deliver. I aim to establish Shreve, Crump & Low as the finest destination for high-caliber jewelry, timepieces, and gifts in not only New England, but the Nation.
